Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- slices bread - 5 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- whole chicken, cut up - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove skin and bone and cut into bite size pieces. Boil noodles in chicken broth. Add sour cream and soups to noodles when done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly and bread crumbs are toasted.
