Ingredients/Components
- deep 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
- pimento - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked chicken, chunked - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
How to make chicken quiche:
Prick crust and bake at 400° for 3 minutes. Remove from oven; prick again, then bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Place chicken, pimento and cheese in bottom of shell. Combine eggs, half and half, onion, salt and pepper. Pour in shell and bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Savory pies.
