Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- large can pink salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Remove skin and bones from salmon; mash fine. Add salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks, cracker crumbs and hot milk. Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten stiff. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 5.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
