Ingredients/Components
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- rice - 3/4 c
- to 8 pieces raw chicken - 6 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Put uncooked rice in bottom of a greased casserole dish. Lay chicken on top of rice. Dilute soup with 1 soup can of water. Pour over chicken. Top with onion soup mix. Bake 2 hours at 250°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
