Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Remove skin and bones from salmon. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered mold or loaf pan in 350° oven for 1 hour. Top with paprika.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
