Salmon ball



  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • snipped parsley - 1 item
  • liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
  • dehydrated onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared horseradish white - 2 Tbsp
  • cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
  • crushed walnuts - 1 item
  • red salmon, drained, picked and flaked - 1 lb

How to make salmon ball:

Mix all ingredients, except walnuts and parsley. Refrigerate several hours. Roll in ball and roll in walnuts and parsley. Serve with Wheat Thins. Enjoy. Great for parties.
