  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
  • snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • can salmon 2 c - 1 lb

How to make salmon party log:

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in 8 x 2-inch log. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
