- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- 1 can salmon 2 c
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon. Combine all except parsley and pecans. Chill several hours. Roll into roll. Mix parsley and nuts and roll salmon in mix. Chill well. Serve with favorite crackers.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
