  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • Bisquick mix - 1 c
  • zucchini thinly sliced - 3 c
  • finely chopped garlic clove - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9 x 3-inch oblong pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 2 x 1-inch squares. Yields 4 dozen.
