Ingredients/Components
- warm water - 1/2 c
- jello any flavor - 1 serving
- miniature marshmallows or 12 jet puffed marshmallows
How to make pinwheels:
Spray 8 or 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread on bottom and sides of pan with a paper towel. Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2 to 2 quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.* Stir to dissolve completely.Add marshmallows and microwave 1 minute* or until marshmallows are almost melted. Stir slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into your pan. Refrigerate 45 minutes.
Loosen edges with a knife. Roll up tightly, seam-side down. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Ready to serve.
