Ingredients/Components

  • cans minced clam - 2 item
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella - 1 c

How to make hot clam dip:

Melt margarine. Add onion and pepper. Add parsley, oregano and Tabasco sauce. After mixture is cooked, add bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheese on top and blend. Add clams and mix together. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
