Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- sage - 1/8 tsp
- hamburger
- onion - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/8 tsp
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- seasoning salt - 1 tsp
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- cracker meal - 1/2 c
- limbs celery - 2 item
- tube crushed crackers - 1/2 item
How to make salisbury steaks:
Steaks:2 1/2 lb. hamburger1 small onion, grated1/8 tsp. sage1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning1/4 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. seasoning salt2 eggs1/2 tube crushed crackers1/2 c. cracker meal Mix by hand and make into patties.
