Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- can beefy mushroom soup - 1 item
- cornflakes, crumbled - 1 c
How to make salisbury steaks:
Measure cornflakes before crumbling. Add milk until flakes are soft. Add to remaining ingredients and mix up in oblong patties. Flour patties and brown in oil on both sides. Lay in baking dish. Add 1 can water to soup and pour over patties. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
