Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 2 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 2 pkg
- about 1/2 bag Doritos
How to make mexican chicken:
Cook chicken breasts until done. Remove skin and bones. Tear or cut into bite size. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer chicken, Doritos and 1 package or Monterey Jack cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, Ro-Tel and milk. Warm and pour over layers of chicken, Doritos and cheese. Crumble Doritos and sprinkle on top. Spread other package of Monterey Jack cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
