Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- 4 oz - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Cook and scramble sausage until done, drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake in a casserole dish about 30 minutes at 350°. If you like, top casserole with additional grated cheese about 5 minutes before removing from the oven. Yields about 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
