- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water
- oil - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion powder - 1 item
- large onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix beef with spices listed, then shape into oblong patties. Brown lightly on both sides in oil in skillet. Remove and place into casserole dish. Top with onion rings. In skillet, add flour and water with drippings. Stir to deglaze. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour gravy over patties.
