Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley - 1 tsp
- ??? saltines - 1/3 item
- catsup 4 Tbsp - 1/4 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine and mix well. Shape into oval patties. Place in deep dish. Heat 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon butter and garlic (as desired). Pour over patties. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. During last 10 minutes, add 2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
