  • sour cream - 2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • dill weed - 2 tsp
  • Beau Monde seasoning - 2 tsp
  • dried beef, cut in small pieces - 2 pkg
  • large loaves dark rye - 2 item

How to make rye boat:

Day before: Combine all ingredients but bread. Refrigerate overnight.

For a party: Hollow out first loaf of rye bread to form a bowl. Fill with dip. Break up bread into bite-sized pieces. Place around loaf bowl of dip.
