Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream
  • mayonnaise
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 2 3
  • dill weed - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced corned beef - 2 pkg
  • round rye loaf - 1 item
  • extra rye loaf - 1 item

How to make rye boat:

Mix together the mayonnaise, parsley, dill weed, sour cream and onion. Make sure they are mixed well. Dice corned beef and combine with the previous mixture, making sure that the slices separate. Chill mixture overnight.

To Serve: Cut out center of the round rye to form a bowl-like pocket. Fill the pocket with the mixture. Cut up extra rye loaf and center cut out into bite size pieces to use for dipping.
