Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 to
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- yeast - 1 pkg
- melted butter or margarine - 5 Tbsp
- warm water 110~ to 115~ - 2/3 c
How to make rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter or margarine (that has cooled), salt and 2 cups flour. Stir until well blended, then add remaining flour (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups). Dough should not be sticky.Knead on slightly floured surface 8 minutes. Put in greased bowl and cover until doubled (turning once to grease top of dough), about 1 hour. Punch down.
Make into rolls (12). Bake at 350° about 20 minutes in greased pan. I brushed the top of mine lightly with margarine.
