  • water - 1/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • fresh mint - 1/4 c

  • Marinade:4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • Add fresh mint and mash into garlic
  • salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder - 1 item

How to make roast leg of lamb:

Marinade:4 cloves garlic, mashed1/2 tsp. salt1/4 c. fresh mint1/2 c. vinegar1/4 c. water Mash garlic with salt. Add fresh mint and mash into garlic. Add vinegar and water. Mix all ingredients. Baste lamb with marinade before baking. Bake at 350°. Halfway through baking, baste again. When lamb is cooked, slice and pour remaining marinade over meat. Serve hot with Oven Roasted Potatoes.Oven Roasted Potatoes: potatoes, cut in wedges1/2 c. vegetable oil salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder Mix oil with potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Make sure potatoes are coated well with oil and seasonings. Bake at 400° until golden brown.
