Ingredients/Components

- water - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- fresh mint - 1/4 c

- Marinade:4 cloves garlic, mashed
- Add fresh mint and mash into garlic
- salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder - 1 item
How to make roast leg of lamb:
Marinade:4 cloves garlic, mashed1/2 tsp. salt1/4 c. fresh mint1/2 c. vinegar1/4 c. water Mash garlic with salt. Add fresh mint and mash into garlic. Add vinegar and water. Mix all ingredients. Baste lamb with marinade before baking. Bake at 350°. Halfway through baking, baste again. When lamb is cooked, slice and pour remaining marinade over meat. Serve hot with Oven Roasted Potatoes.Oven Roasted Potatoes: potatoes, cut in wedges1/2 c. vegetable oil salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder Mix oil with potatoes.
