Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1/2 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • leg of lamb - 1 (3
  • cloves of garlic - 4 item

How to make roast leg of lamb:

Heat oven to 350°. Make incisions in the meat with a sharp knife and fill with garlic pieces. Make incisions about every 3 inches or so all over the meat. Rub meat with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil; place in oven roaster. Bake 30 to 40 minutes per pound.

Note: Great on Weber barbecue too! Turn every 1/2 hour. Make sure meat is wrapped well in foil to hold in juices.
