Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- regular rice - 1 c
- can onion soup - 1 item
- can beef consomme - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
Melt butter. Coat uncooked rice with butter. Add onion soup, beef consomme and mushrooms. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
