Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- can beef consomme - 1 item
- cup raw rice - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
How to make rice casserole:
Place raw rice in bottom of casserole dish with a cover. Add soups and mushrooms. Mix all together. Slice the stick of margarine into patties on top. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
