Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cheese - 1/2 lb
- bunches broccoli - 2 item
- Town House or Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli with salt until tender and then drain. Melt cheese and butter, then add milk. Add cheese sauce to broccoli. Mix in 3/4 of 1 package of crackers to mixture. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
