Rhubarb sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb sauce:
Cook rhubarb and orange peel in a minimal amount of water for about 10 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients. Mix until smooth. While stirring, slowly add to rhubarb mixture and cook until slightly thickened.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
