  • eggs - 12 item
  • nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
  • parsley - 3 4
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • slices bacon can substitute ham or sausage - 12 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • green onions optional - 1 item
  • mushrooms optional - 1 item

How to make scrambled egg bake:

Beat eggs. Add parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Scramble to moist stage. Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: scrambled eggs, sour cream, cooked meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
