- eggs - 12 item
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- parsley - 3 4
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- slices bacon can substitute ham or sausage - 12 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- green onions optional - 1 item
- mushrooms optional - 1 item
How to make scrambled egg bake:
Beat eggs. Add parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Scramble to moist stage. Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: scrambled eggs, sour cream, cooked meat, cheese, onions and mushrooms.
