Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- bulk pork sausage or Italian sausage - 1 lb
- 8 Pillsbury refrigerator crescent dinner rolls - 1 pkg
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
How to make breakfast pizza:
In skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain off excess fat. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides of pan to form crust and seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust, then potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
