Rhubarb sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- water - 1/4 c
- rhubarb 1/2-inch pieces - 3 c
How to make rhubarb sauce:
In saucepan, mix sugar and water. Bring to boil. Add rhubarb. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Remove peel.Also can be mixed with 1 cup gooseberries or 1 cup red raspberries.
