  • sugar
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • cut up rhubarb - 3 c
  • grated orange rind optional - 2 Tbsp
  • crust pie shell mix - 2 item

How to make rhubarb cream pie:

Mix all ingredients into double crust. Bake in 9-inch pie pan at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
