Streusel cream peach pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- pastry - 1 item
- quartered, peeled peaches - 4 c
How to make streusel cream peach pie:
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry. Arrange peaches in pastry. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over peaches.Heat together the egg and cream and pour over peaches. Cut butter into sugar and flour. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 425° or until browned.
