- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- cut up rhubarb - 4 c
- pastry for 9-inch pie
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Beat eggs and milk well. Mix together the flour, sugar and nutmeg and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in cut up rhubarb. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan and dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top pastry. Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
