Chocolate cheesecake



Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted - 1 c
- Pat in bottom of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Mix crust ingredients well. Pat in bottom of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 can condensed milk1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla Beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy, blend in condensed milk. Add other ingredients and beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 300° for 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool, then chill.
