  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Buttermilk - 1 c
  • Eggs - 2 item
  • Cocoa - 2 tsp
  • Soda - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Red Food Coloring
  • Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° till done
  • Cream Cheese
  • Stick Butter - 1 item
  • Nuts any kind - 1 c

How to make red velvet cake:

Combine all and mix well. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° till done.Icing: 1-1 lb. Box Powdered Sugar 1-8 oz. Cream Cheese1 Stick Butter1 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla1 c. Nuts (any kind)1 c. Griffin's Coconut, if desired. Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
