Ingredients/Components

  • yellow cake mix 2 layer - 1 pkg
  • vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
  • water
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • Cool
  • butter soft - 4 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • pkg - 8 oz

How to make coconut cake:

Combine and bake at 350° till done. Cool.Icing:2 tsp. milk1/2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla4 tsp. butter (soft)2 c. Griffin's Coconut3 1/2 c. powdered sugar8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft) Mix all together and spread on cooled cake.
