- yellow cake mix 2 layer - 1 pkg
- vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
- water
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/4 c
- Cool
- butter soft - 4 tsp
- powdered sugar
- pkg - 8 oz
How to make coconut cake:
Combine and bake at 350° till done. Cool.Icing:2 tsp. milk1/2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla4 tsp. butter (soft)2 c. Griffin's Coconut3 1/2 c. powdered sugar8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft) Mix all together and spread on cooled cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
