Pumpkin custard
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk
- self rising flour - 1 c
- can of pumpkin - 1 item
- stick of melted butter - 1 item
How to make pumpkin custard:
Mix all together. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into little squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Low fat.
