Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk
  • self rising flour - 1 c
  • can of pumpkin - 1 item
  • stick of melted butter - 1 item

How to make pumpkin custard:

Mix all together. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into little squares.
