Pumpkin custard
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin custard:
Cook pumpkin and put in blender until creamy with mixer. Add flour, sugar and beaten egg yolks to pumpkin. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend with mixer. Add to pumpkin. Add milk last. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Turn oven back to 350°. Bake for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Low fat.
