  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/3 c
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • egg yolks - 6 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 item
  • beaten egg whites - 1 item
  • baked pie shell - 1 item
  • cooked pumpkin - 3 c
  • butter like a walnut - 1 item

How to make pumpkin custard:

Mix first 10 ingredients and cook until thick. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and 400° for 30 minutes. To use as pudding, omit pie shell.
