Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • self rising flour
  • box of powdered sugar - 1 item
  • bag of small marshmallows - 1 item
  • Cover with small marshmallows right out of oven

How to make mississippi mud:

Mix ingredients, except marshmallows, and bake at 300 for 30-45 minutes. Cover with small marshmallows right out of oven.Icing:1 1/2 sticks oleo/butter1 Tbsp. vanilla1 box of powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients. Pour over cake while still warm.
