Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick of margarine - 1 item
• can of pumpkin - 1 oz
• Grease tube or bundt pan

How to make pumpkin pound cake:

Mix ingredients well. Grease tube or bundt pan. Add mixture to pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely and frost.Cream Cheese Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar1 stick of margarine Let cheese and margarine soften and mix with powdered sugar and vanilla.
