- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- milk - 1 2
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin bars:
Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2 c. confectioners sugar1/4 c. butter or margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 to 2 Tbsp. milk In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt. Gradually add pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.Icing: Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla in a small bowl. Add enough of the milk to achieve spreading consistency. Spread over bars.
