  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • lemon - 1 tsp
  • butter flavor - 1 tsp
  • shortening butter flavor - 1/2 c

How to make pound cake:

Grease and flour pan. Suggest shortening and butter be softened. Mix well. Beat 1 egg at a time. Add flavorings. Add flour and milk. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
