- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- eggs - 6 item
- sugar
- milk - 1/4 c
- plain flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- crushed pineapple and juice - 3/4 c
- butter
- powdered sugar
- pineapple juice - 1 c
How to make pineapple pound cake:
Topping:1/4 c. butter1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 c. pineapple juice Mix all cake ingredients together for 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. Start in a cold oven.Topping: Heat all ingredients until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Pour over hot cake.
