How to make mounds cake:

Make 2 layers. Split layers and let cool. When cool, spread with coconut filling.Filling:1 c. sugar1 c. milk12 large marshmallows2 (12 oz.) bags coconut For filling, let sugar and milk come to a boil. Add marshmallows and coconut. Spread this filling on the split layers. Frost layers with chocolate icing.
