- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- cake flour - 2 c
How to make pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar, adding sugar gradually. Beat very well. Add eggs alternately with flour which has been sifted before measuring. Beat well after each addition. Add flavoring. Grease tube or Bundt pan. Sprinkle lightly with flour. Bake approximately 1 hour in 350° oven. Cool before removing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
