Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 pt
• 2 oz - 1 lb
• lemon juice and rind - 1 tsp
• rolled graham crackers full size - 3 item

How to make cheese cake:

Cream the cheese. Gradually add eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and lemon juice. Butter spring-form pan. Coat with graham crackers. Gently pour in cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar and vanilla. Pour carefully on top of baked cake, starting at outer edge. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Chill 4 to 6 hours.
