  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of paprika - 1 item
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • onion powder - 1 Tbsp
  • grated American cheese - 1/2 c
  • diced, cooked potatoes - 6 c

How to make potatoes supreme:

Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and spices. Fold in potatoes, pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
