Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • honey - 1 Tbsp
  • dried mint leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • medium carrots - 6 item

How to make honey glazed carrots:

Wash, scrape and slice carrots. Cook in boiling water until tender. Melt butter in skillet. Stir in mint leaves; let stand. Add carrots, salt, brown sugar and honey. Cook until well glazed. Turn often.
