- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- thyme leaves optional - 1 tsp
- marjoram leaves optional - 1 tsp
- potatoes, cut in quarters - 2 lb
- envelope Lipton Recipe soup mix - 1 item
How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In shallow baking dish, blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes, turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Makes about 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
