Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 4 c
- medium potatoes, diced - 4 item
- celery ribs, diced - 2 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
How to make potato soup:
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add potatoes, celery and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add butter and milk. Bring to a simmer and add salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, stir beaten egg into the flour. Stir until a grainy mixture. Sprinkle small amounts at a time into the soup and continue stirring.
